my father(age72)is now a days facing a problem of vomiting tendency while taking his meal & feels very week.he has suffocation problem due to chest infection. B.P.170/100.Is it necessary to go for angioplasty or bypass surgery?What the cost of it in kolkata? plz suggest

Well come to HCM
Swallowing difficulty could cause such vomiting symptoms, and in my opinion this condition could be treated with Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone once in day, if clinically angiography is indicated then this need to be done, hope this information helps.
