Hi and Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your problem.
After having gone through your symptoms of vomiting, stomach ache and heart burn are suggestive acidity related reflux disease referred to as Gastroesophageal reflux disease.
This is due to regurgitation of acidic stomach contents into your food pipe (oesophagus) causing heart burn, stomach upset and vomiting.

Consult a physician for proper assessment and a possible course of acid suppressing drugs like PPI for 4-6 weeks.

Besides above medication you must have certain life style modifications such as avoid eating hot and spicy foods, alcohol, chocolates, coffee.
Avoid smoking if you are smoker.

Hope the suggestions given above could be useful in getting rid of the symptoms.

Wishing you a very good health.
