General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the vomiting sensation, breast tenderness and fatigue with altered taste sensation might be in relation with hormone imbalance from various reasons. The most common cause in child bearing age of women is pregnancy.

Hence I would like to readdress the issue with further information needed as:
1. Your current age
2. Last menstrual period
3. Is there associated fever, altered bowel or bladder habits if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
