What Causes Vomiting Sensation And Loose Motion?

I get a vomitting sensation and at the same time get lose motions; and this has caused me to faint. This has happened around 4 times so far. Twice in the last 2 months and 2 in the previous two years.
What can be the reason for this? I have fainted only in this situation i.e. where I get lose motions and vomitting sensation at the same time,
