What Causes Vomiting, Nose Bleeds And Migraine Headaches?

I have a question for a friend. He currently is experiencing vomitting, nosebleeds, migraines, and night sweats and has been for 5 months. He is a former addict but these symptoms have been presisting 5 months after being clean which I have talked to withdrawl managment and this is way to far after recovery to be experiencing it..can you help?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have vomiting, nose bleeds and migraine headaches. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like sinusitis , meniere's disease , post nasal drip or diabetes . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order T scan , throat swab test , blood test and examination of ear with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics for atleast 5 days along with anti inflammatory , decongestant and expectorant . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain , take steam several times a day and do warm saline rinses .
