What Causes Vomiting In An Infant?

my 6 months old baby had 3 vomitings today. I am so worried because earlier he used to vomit but today he had a big vomiting.along with that my baby is suffering from cold since 3 days and today he has a big tummy than earlier.
apart from these things he is normal and active like any other day..
