Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have high blood pressure and you are taking blood pressure medicine , you are also suffering from dizziness . . Well there can be many reasons for headache and dizziness like low blood glucose or iron level , benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) , infection , meniere's disease , migraine , neurological , inner ear infection and due to certain medicines such as blood pressure medicines or anti depressants . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , hearing test , rotatory chair test and take history to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , antibiotics like gentamycin along with physical therapy and vestibular therapy . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for migraine or gastroenterologist for gastric problem .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
