Hi my name is Maria and I have several questions. I am 30 yrs old I noticed after my second child(who is now 1) that I can’t have dairy products any more. The doctor told me I had lactose intolerance because I had diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps, bloating, I lost a lot of weight and appetite, after I ate or drank anything dairy. This happened for several months, but now I can have some dairy I put milk in my coffee I can have Mayo certain cheeses and dairy products. I feel as though it’s something else. My diarrhea is random and bloating is there as well as stomach cramps. I also have unused mentrual cycles. My blood tests at that time came back good except that my bilirubin was a little high, I went back to get blood work and it came back down to normal, vitamins were ok too. What could cause this, should I be worried I suspect I have Celiac disease or something wrong with my intestines I feel my body is not absorbing the nutrients it should even though I eat good.help.
