What Causes Vomiting, Constipation In A Rheumatoid Arthritis Patient?

My wife has been vomiting all day long nothing but green bile and she has no gall bladder. This happens at least 2 to 3 time per month. It usually starts of with the on set of a headache or horrible neck pain She has severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and had neck fusion surgery 9 yrs. ago 0n C-1 which came apart thanks to a very stupid chiropractor. Could there be something wrong with here liver. She takes several pain killers for her R/A . And she stays constapated. nothing works. She has no bm's if any little hard rock like fiecies.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the history is given here could be suggestive of gastritis and it could be due to drug taken particularly NSAID, it is very common drug that causes the gastritis.
Green color vomiting may be due to gastric acid contained and it may not be bile.
If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg, Domperidone 20 mg once in day.
Advise:- Try to avoid taking NSAID.
hope this information helps.
