Dear user, how much alcohol (in ML) was consumed by you? Was it your first time or was it the first time ever you consumed so much alcohol? Based on your symptom profile, this appears more of a alcohol induced gastritis/esophageal tear. Did you have bloody vomit/blood tinged vomit by any chance? Least likely possibility is pancreatitis due to excessive alcohol use. In any case, all these conditions are potentially dangerous & hence you must proceed to emergency room as soon as possible. Good Luck
