What Causes Vomiting And Severe Pain Between The Breasts?

Last night during the night I became sick to my stomach and vomited once. Then I got a sharp pain between my breasts at the rib area. That pain radiated under the breast , to my arm pit and down the inside of my left arm. It still hurts now and at times worse than ever. I had the same problem earlier in the week, but it went away. I just finished with chemo in Oct. 2016 for breast cancer in the right breast. I have never had any heart issues. I had my last echo cardiogram Sept. 2016. I am 70 yrs old.
