What Causes Vomiting And Severe Headaches?

My 14 year old son is vomiting and has a major head ache. I have given him tylenol, pepto bismol, and ginger aie. I also keep a cold compress on his neck and forehead. Any ideas, help, or thoughts. He is resting right now. I don t think he needs to go to the doctor. He had these same symptoms maybe a month ago. Concerned.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It's due to gastritis or a migraine. As you have already given medications. If symptoms not relieved, kindly consult with a physician. You can take tablet Ondensetron after consultation. Avoid hot and spicy foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
