What Causes Vomiting And Profuse Sweating?

I had a sudden attack today with violent vomiting, bowel evacuation, profuse sweating, dizziness, stomach cramping. I have had 4 or 5 such attacks over 10 year period. Gall bladder was found to be calcified and was removed 2 years ago. Thought that would be the end of this mysterious and frightening problem but out of the blue here it is again. Doctors don't seem to have any idea once it's passed. Have called the squad for two episodes and two have happened in public leaving me in the help on strangers on a public restroom floor for half and hour until I recovered sufficiently to be taken home.
Any ideas?

Hi. Such sudden attacks can occur due to insufficient blood supply to the bowel at that particular moment. Other reasons can be internal hernia, volvulus and so on. These need to be well diagnosed by a series of lab tests, Contrast enhanced CT scan and particularly during the attack.
