But for his repeated vomitting physical examination must done .consult physician for that and accordingly investigation... Meanwhile improve diatery habit like more fruits .... Gastric irritant like excess spicy foods , tea , coffe , smoking avoided.... More water.... Non veg food kept limited. Outside foods less.... Avoid stress..... Slowly eating foods .... Examine his all lymph nodes for enlarged or not. Rule out HIV , TB , hyperthyroid like chronic illness by history and accordingly investigation. Take care.
