General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Its common to have nosebleeds during pregnancy..increased blood supply and dilated vessels may rupture leading to minor bleeding. Try to sneeze with your mouth open. Avoid dry and cold climates, AC which can lead to drying of nasal mucosa and bleeding. Drink more fluids and pinch up your nostrils. Try not to lie down as you may swallow the blood causing nausea.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Gautham Baskaran
