General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to Gastroenteritis. For that, he may require complete hemogram, stool analysis and related blood investigations after pediatrician consultation.

For vomiting, he may require syp. Ondansetron after pediatrician consultation. He may require antibiotics after consultation. Keep him well hydrated. Give an oral rehydration solution.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
