What Causes Vomiting And Headache Post Head Injury?
Saturday night i jumped in bed and slammed the back of my head on the window sill. The next day it was a little sore and swollen. Monday night i was vomiting and shivering and had a terrible head ache. Now my entire scalp is terribly sore, my face is swollen and red and my neck is swollen and stiff.

You need to visit the ER immediately.
As per the problems described in your question, they are suggestive of some sort of brain injury like bleeding which needs to be ruled out. The manner in which you had a jump in your bed and then slammed your head to the window sill this could have resulted in damage to the blood vessels of your brain. Vomiting, headache, swollen and stick neck are highly suggestive of increase pressure inside the skull which has developed due to accumulation of fluid. CT Scan and other procedures are to be done to rule out the underlying problems.
So, urgency is the need of the hour, kindly seek immediate attention in ER.
