What Causes Vomiting And Excessive Crying Of A 2 Year Old Post Injury?

Hi doctor,

my old mum was carrying my two year old and she tripped and fell down on him hitting the concrete floor, him on his back and my mom on him.he was awake but not ok.crying.20mins later, my son started vommiting.then he seems normal, should i be worried and go to the doctor for him a check up?

I can understand your concern.
He seems to have hurt himself badly.Probably a concussion.
Severity of injury can only be judged by observation of the patient.
Do not give him any thing orally and no medications , before seen by a doctor.
He may have to be admitted for observation.
