What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhea?

I have had a bug or something wrong with my digestive system since March 20th.i have been to the family Dr three times, had a ct scan and blood work done nothing shows up. I throw up for a day then the next day I get diarrhea then on the third to fourth day I’m fine for two then it comes back all over again the bile color is yellowish gray. If that helps any suggestions

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
After going through your chief complaints, it appears that there is dysfunction of the gastrointestinal tract. Kindly take following medications.

1. Tablet containing Pantoprazole with Domperidone once a day in the morning on empty stomach. This would take care of your vomiting complaints.
2. Take tablet containing Ornidazole with Ofloxacin twice daily after food. It should take care of your bowel complaints like diarrhea.
3. Drink plenty of fluids and water. Take frequently oral rehydration solutions and tender coconut water. Avoid intake of oily foods and spicy foods for a month. Gradually, by 3 to 5 days, your symptoms should subside and you should be back to normal.
