What Causes Vomiting And Blood Urination?

I just finished a round of HCG (40 days) and celebrated by having a drink and somewhat unhealthy dinner. The next morning I threw up (most likely from the drinking) and had an upset stomach all day. I thought these were typical hangover symptoms, and didn t think any more of it. That night after urinating I noticed very very faint traces of blood (light pink, almost light orange?), but only that one time. Today I noticed it again when first getting up ad urinating, and again now, almost 10 hours later (and after urinating throughout the day and seeing nothing). I do not think its possible that I m pregnant, as I ve not had sex in over 2 months (I ve also been taking birth control regularly for almost 9 years with no scares ),and have had my period during this time. Could this be a UTI?

Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your health issues submitted.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.
Based on the facts of your query-
Your current health issues seem to be due to the high levels of HCG from the drug induced efffects.
You need not worry for the blood in urine-on 3 rd day,as it occurs from decidual shedding and bleeding with it in cases with HCG 40 days treatment.
Do pregnancy test to rule out the possibility of pregnancy,which is not there as you were on pills n had no sex in last 2 plus months lately.
Possibility of UTI is not there.A bout of drinks and decidual shedding are the possible causes in your case for the bleeding.
In view of the complaints, you had alcohol and food infection induced gastro-enteritis, which was followed by bleeding in urine ,which could be from decidual shedding with drinking effects and high HCG levels after HCG course for 40 days.

Rule out the other causes-as discussed above.For this you need to have Second opinion with Obst/ Gynec specialist.

Do's Suggested-
Consult and physically examine from Gynec-Obst and get USG abdomen and urine preg test to rule out pregnancy.
Thus You should consult .This would resolve the complaints of your's.

Just don't worry and be patient and co-operate with your doctors,till you verify with your attending doctors.
