What Causes Vomiting Along With Pain In The Head And Neck?

My son, 13 years old, vomited at 12:30 am and then again at 4am. He had a temp of 99.9 F at that time. He has minimal appetite and is now complaining of head and neck pain. He has been drinking water and Gatorade and did eat 3-4 crackers thru the day. He has been taking ibuprofen q 6 hours. Should I seek medical care due to the neck and head pain?

Yes You should take care of him and consult him to nearby physician or er for treatment. Head and neck pain could be from meningitis like condition if neck rigidity, kerning sign positive. So for examination doctor should be consulted. Then if needed accordingly further investigation done and antibiotic can be prescribed.
