What Causes Vomiting After Taking Misoprostol?

I took misoprostol and vomited after 40 minutes I had cramps and a clot came out Heavy bleeding for the night After a two days the pregnancy symptoms can back I was not removing any clots 7 days later I was removing clots and have a slight fever Is this normal?

Hi, vomiting is a common side effect of misoprostol and it can reduce its efficacy also. I think you should go for a ultrasound to see for any retained products of conception. It may require surgical evacuation. Consult a gynecologist.
