What Causes Vomiting After Having An Abortion?
Hi pls help me..
My girl friend had an abortion 1 month before.after 10 days she made ultrasound..doctor said there is no tissue remaining and also she asked about what medicine took for abortion..my girl friend did nt no about that..she's tellingtelling the doctor gave 7 tables after taking that tablets (5 hours)she had dam pain with lot of blood loss.it stoped after 10 days.after 1months se had a one day period with heavy blood than stopped.this is story now my question is 1.she is vomiting even once a day after 1 month abortion (is it normal ???)2.shes feeling fire pain after 1 month abortion(is it normal)...pls help doctor I can't se her face because of my dam fault..

Vomiting once a day severe pain after 1 month of abortion is not normal.
Nausea mainly due to hormonal dysfunctions.
Following are the causes
Ectopic pregnancy: Sometime abortion pill fails to abort completely and it continue as pregnancy and cause severe pain. Should be diagnosed by USG scan and treatment is surgery with blood transfusion under special care.
Molar pregnancy: some time remaining placental tissue convert in to malignant cell by invasion. Diagnosed by USG scan and HCG titer. Treatment is surgery and chemotherapy
Abnormal development of pregnancy in failure or incomplete abortion: When abortion will fail, remaining pregnancy product develops continue and lead to pain and nausea. It should be diagnosed by USG scan and treatment is D & C or misoprostol
