Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Alcohol may cause gastric irritation that leads to alcoholic gastritis which may cause pain and vomiting sensation.

Possibility is there that sndwich may cause food poisoning and lead to vomiting and pain in abdomen.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Consult your physician for prescription.

Take soft diet and yogurt. If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
