What Causes Voice Hoarseness, Severe Cough And Nasal Congestion?

On friday my voice started getting raspy,Saturday voice got deep giving me the impression i was getting sick,Sunday I have lost my voice,have had bad coughing and flue symtoms,runing nose,feeling foggy,couldnt saturday nightSunday worse,and this morning I nelt down to look for strepsis in my draw,I sneezed and then a nerve in my lower back clicked and I've had a sore tail bone all day,using things to help,and when I cough it hurts my tail bone,should I be worried?or should I assume this is just a cold and that's all and ride it out?

Hi welcome to health care magic..

According to history you are having laryngitis or bronchitis like condition...

Here symptomatic management done for 7 to 10 days...
If than needed antibiotic added in your prescription.

Take benadryl like decongestent for relieving congestion...

More water as it will break mucus and your symptoms will improve.

Avoid excess spicy and fried foods.

Take fluticasone nasal spray to relieve nose congestion for three days.

Steam inhalation twice daily...

Your auscultation should be done to look for any abnormal finding ,If there chest x ray needed ...
