What Causes Vision Disturbances?

Age: 33, Weight 210, height 62 . History: CHTN, PCOS. Very infrequently (maybe 5 times in my life) I experience what I would call pinwheel vision changes. Nothing else happens during these episodes - last 1-5 minutes - and there is no obvious preceding factor. I am on BP meds - but was 116/80 three weeks ago. Should I be concerned?
