What Causes Visible Blue Colored Veins Under The Chest And Shoulder?
I m a 14 year old weight lifter and latley I ve noticed my chest and shoulder veins are a little more visible under the skin with a blue color. No pain and no bulging of the viens And when I pull my shoulders back to strech the skin it is very noticable on chest and arms ? Should I be consirned??

Hello there,
It's quite normal to have visible veins. Since you do some work out ,you will have engorged veins because your superficial veins pop out during strenous exercises. Unless until it is painful or it develops onto a swelling,there's nothing to worry.
