What Causes Vibration On Lower Back?

I have had some lower back pain associated with L4 for a year now. Been on Neurotin for a while. Three days ago started having some twisting pain again, been to chiropractor for therapy 2 past days, for the pain, but this evening started feeling this sensation like a slight electrical shock going inside my left thigh. It felt as if I had my cell phone in my pocket on vibrate, excpt I didn t. What is this?

You will need to be investigated further please get an MRI scan done immediately as your nerve could be getting compressed.
