What Causes Vibration And Growling In The Stomach?

I can hear what sounds like my stomach growling in the left side of my chest close to my heart. I can also feel the vibration when it does this. It started about 3 weeks ago. I have gone in to ER multiple times before this feeling like I may be having some kind of heart trouble. They always tell me everything looks ok though. What could be going on?

I really appreciate your concern, what the sound you are hearing of the stomach (In fact it could be gut sound ) it could be hyper-peristalsis sound and it is the normal phenomenon if not associated with other abdomen symptoms like pain, sick feel, vomiting and it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
