What Causes Very Sharp Pain In My Lower Left Abdomen?

Hi I have a very sharp pain in my lower left abdomen. It s not cramps it s more of an achy sharp pain and it hurts especially after I eat and when I push down on the area. Also when I sit to go to the bathroom and push a little bit it hurts extremely bad. What could this be?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having absolute constipation leading to formation of hard fecolith giving rise this problem.
Take some laxative like Crimaffin or Dulcolax tablet.
You might require insertion of Dulcolax suppositories into anal canal.
If require go for Enema.
Take plenty of water and take more fiber containing food.
Ok and take care.
