What Causes Very Light Periods With Negative Pregnancy Test?

i am 26yrs old female married for about 2yrs nw my LMP is 4/12/13 i hav nt got my periods.itook prega news pregnancy test in the morning on 12th dec it was negative.den on 15 th i thougt i got my periods but the flow has nt started yet for 2days nw.so is the test reliable.can it b positive .plz suggest me

Pregnancy test gives accurate results when done at least 15 days after probable unprotected sex. Light periods can be due to hormonal levels and stress related. Please get a repeat test if required and use protection if you want to avoid pregnancy.
