What Causes Very Dark, Sticky And Smelly Stool?
I am 67 male i hve very sticky and bad smelling poo very dark in colour i go quite regular every morning soon after i wake up i sometimes feel constipated and when i do eventually go i feel i want to go more but it wont let me I am quite a heavy smoker and cough all day long to the extent that i can poo myself a little bit.I have piles and one hangs down a little bit and can be very itchy stingy and sore.

The intestinal infection is very likely and this could be protozoa infection if I would be treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for 8 days, hope this information helps.
