I have been having vertigo, tingling in my left arm, neck, face, and tongue. I visited my doctor and my blood pressure is fine, sugar is fine, sodium in blood is fine. They suggested I take motion sickness meds and a multivitamin with a good B12 complex. I am to wait it out for a week and if I m still having issues to go back. It feels like they are clueless although I realize my symptoms are kind of crazy. When they occur I also get a headache. Do you have any idea what this could be?
