I am having issues with vertigo. I get it along with pulsating in my ears when I stand up from a sitting position after I have been sitting for a long period. I also get it when I move from the same sitting position to a lying position or when I arch my back in a sitting positiong. I dont get it when I stand from a lying position. Could this be caused by a vascular issue in my back? I have had surgery for spondylolisethis in my lumbar spine previously and wonder if it could be related.
The symptoms seem to be related to benign paroxismal vertigo. I suggest using Betahistine hydrochloride three times a day. I also suggest avoiding salt in the diet.
