What Causes Vertigo Along With Diarrhea In A Hypertensive Patient?

Hi, today I woke up feeling not my best. I started getting extremely dizzy a lot and felt like the room was spinning several times throughout the day and could no focus correctly. I have used the restroom 3 times today and each time has resulted in green stools. I have not eaten anything green (veggies, anything with food coloring) for 3 days and that was only brussel sprouts as a side dish with dinner. I was also very tired all day and spent most of the day in and out of naps. My dinner last night was fried chicken and potato salad and the night before I only had 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. I am on meds for high blood pressure, anxiety and take Effient as well due to a stent put in 2 years ago. What could be the cause of this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi dear ,

As per your query you are suffering from vertigo along with diarrhea and hypertension . The symptoms you mention in query occur due to wide range of reasons like migraines , head injury , certain medications and due to cervical spondylosis . The above mention reasons are those reasons which you have not get checked yet . So i would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon once to get examination for any injury or cervical spondolysis . For now i would like to suggest you some home remedies drink green tea with ginger thrice a day and drink lots of fluids like juices and water . Avoid caffeine product . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics for ear infection , antiemetic drug or vestibular therapy .
