What Causes Variation In Hb1c While On Insulin?

i m diabetic since 2000. i used glucophage 500mg for5 years and after 5 years my weight reduced. the doctor replaced the tablets for amaryle 2mg . i used amaryle 2mg for 5 years . 4 months before i started taking insulin (humulin 70/30) 18u in morning and 15u in the night. my random sugar after breakfast ranges from 210 to250 while my hb1c ranges from 7 to7.8 does it mean that the required dose is not reached or other wise

Hello,
Your blood sugar levels are still very high and it means that insilin being taken by you is insufficient.
You must consult your doctor for revision of insulin dose and also ask him about addition of glyciphage and VOGLIBOSE to your treatment,if not being given.
