What Causes Vaginal Spotting With Abdominal Cramps After Taking Depo-Provera?

I m using depo provera for a month and two weeks now, but for almost two weeks I have been bleeding light enough to use a panty liner during the day but at night it stops what does this mean plus cramps on both sides of stomach and slight blood clots.

I understand your concern.
Depo provera is a long acting reversible contraceptive containing Medroxy progesterone acetate,. It is known to cause irregular bleeding patterns in early months of use.
There can be bloating of abdomen due to hormonal effect in early days of use. pain in abdomen on both sides .
Bleeding with clots produce pain in abdomen while passing clots.
All the sxide effects are more in first year of use
