What Causes Vaginal Spotting While On Lo Loestrin Fe Pills?

I am on birth control (loestrin fe), but missed 1 blue pill in the middle of the pack, and took it asap the next morning. I had protected sex a couple weeks after missing this pill, but being paranoid I also took a plan B. I usually do not bleed at all on this birth control, but bled slightly light pink/darker brown for the days of the inactive pill pack. I had a headache/slightly sore boobs the week of my inactive pills. Now I am on the first week of my new active pill pack, and all those symptoms have gone away. But, i feel slightly out of it and zoned out and my gums have been sensitive/bleeding when brushing. Is this just from anxiety and overload of hormones or should I worry?

Hi I think it is a side effect of emergency pill. Emergency pill contains high dose of progesterone. So, headache and breast tenderness can be there. Contact a dentist for gum problem. Hope it helps There was no need of emergency pill.
