What Causes Vaginal Spotting While On Depo?
Hello, I been on depo for about a month and a half. In today I started spotting, then I got worse as the hour past. It was this large thick membrane looking tissue in blood clots. Ever time the cramps got worse it would come out. Also my feet swelled up

Irregular spotting and bleeding are the most common side effects of Depo Provera shots. Of the bleeding is excessive, then you can check with your OBGYN specialist to rule out any other local cause. Feet swelling is due to hormonal changes due to Depo shot.
