What Causes Vaginal Spotting Along With Light Headedness Post Unprotected Sex?
Had light sporting on Saturday...since Monday I have had lightheadedness on and off throughout the day...not early to mid morning but onward. I am trying to get pregnant and feel I ovulated around December 1st. I had unprotected sex on December 2nd. I have irregular periods so I am not sure when to expect my next period. I did take a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. What could be causing my lightheadness... the feeling is sort of like I ve had a few drinks..
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Vaginal spotting what you had could be relates to ovulation bleed or implantation bleed. However, pregnancy test wouldn't come positive so early and you need to wait for a minimum of two weeks for it to he positive. Since your cycles are irregular, it would be better to get your blood checked for beta hCG levels after 2 weeks and then confirm by means of trans-vaginal ultrasound scan (TVS). Kindly consult Gynecologist with report for proper evaluation and management. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
