What Causes Vaginal Spotting Along With Backache And Tenderness In The Breasts?

I had gotten my period on april 24 th and it was over the 26th. 3 days! Ive asked before and an obgyn said its nor!al for a threw day period. But i spotted on april 29th and had horrible vack pain. Now my breasts are tender but not sore to the touch. And during the three day period i clotted heavy for one day. Just took a negative pregnancy test. Whats goung on ? Is this normal? Could i be pregnant with a three day period? Online says implantation bleeding is brown or light pink. It started by that way then clotted. Im lost and need help!

# tab. acetaminophen (325) mg 3 times a day after meals
# keep genitals clean & dry
# avoid smoking / alcohol
