Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Petogen is a progesterone injection that is used to prevent pregnancy. In some patients it causes irregular bleeding and unfortunately there is no medication to reverse it till the effect of Petogen wares off in 12 weeks from the injection date. Meanwhile if you are bleeding heavily, it is important that you to have get the CBC test done to rule out progression to anemia.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
