Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are spotting frequently as per your history

Pap smear will be able to detect if any specific cervical organic cause present

Here for work up you can consult gynecologist for pelvic and per speculum examination...

USG should also be done....

If fibroid, endometriosis, ovarian causes etc present than treated accordingly...

If spotting more and found suitable than Hormonal pill like progesterone might prescribed

Take care

Consult gynecologist for examination
