What Causes Vaginal Pain While Removing Tampon?
I started my period today so I do what I normally do ..use a tampon. however when I removed it (to change) . It hurt. Iv never had this experience with using a tampon before this is a first. What does this mean? I am a little bit concerned. Should I be ? Please help

If the paun you experienced was just a one time thing, then it could be just due to the way the tampon was positioned.
If the pain is persistent, vaginal infections need to be ruled out.
