What Causes Vaginal Pain During Sex?

We are married (6 month back)couple.

This is love marriage & i know her since last 5 years.

Our first night was very strange. My wife is very scared of having pain during sex.I tried but she was literally crying. So, i did not do that. Its our first time.

I told her that this is all because of fear in her mind... but everything goes in vain.

We indulge ourseleves in foreplay.. but whenever i tries to put my figure or my penis inside her..the problem starts.

We did not have any sex till today(after 6 month of marriage).

I feel her virgina is dry, should i consult any GNYO????

I also read on many site abt Xylocine 2% gel & K Y Gelly... but i am little afraid as i dont want to use any medicine which may have side affect on her in future.

I tired everything ... as far as i know what she likes & dislike.. but i dont know what the reason she is having such a pain whenever i tounched her virgina for penetration.

Please suggest me what should do now? There is any solution to avoid this pain.

I am very worried about her.She also wants to have sex but she is unable to do that.

Please help me out. Your help deeply appreciated

Hello,

Thank you for writing to us,

I had gone through your query and would like to suggest you that pain during intercourse might be there so nothing to worry.

But as i had gone through your query and as you said that it should be there because of dryness as pre cum in vagina is less than normal amount which should be there.

For relief from dryness in vagina i would suggest to go for foreplay and Oral sex first before you go for intercourse because it will help for pre cum and also you and your partner will have more pleasure than normal intercourse.

Also You may use lubricant if it happens each time you had sex so that penis could enter easily. Or you should use different positions in which penis enters easily. it also gives you more satisfaction and even more sexual pleasure.

Still you are facing the same issue i would like to suggest to concern a good doctor and check for issue they will suggest you better.

Hope you will find it helpful.

Thanks & Regards,
Dr. Gaurav Prajapati
