What Causes Vaginal Lump During Pregnancy?
Hi,
I am 38 weeks pregnant with my first child. I am 20 years old and 60kgs. I have a huge lump on the inside of my vagina, as soon as i put my finger inside i can feel it. It is extremly hard. What could this be? I cant see anything down there and dont have a partner to say if its a strange colour or not. It does not hurt to push on but i do have pubis symphasis.
