What Causes Vaginal Lips Swelling Along With Pink Fleshy Tissue Discharge?
Three days I woke up to my vaginal lips swollen, yesterday I tried going in my vagina nd came back with pieces of whitish to pinkish flesh. I first thought it s a discharge but it s not it s pure flesh. What s happening to my vagina? Are in the inside walls shedding off? It s really Scarry. I got antibiotics nd cream, the lips r back to normal. It s the flesh inside that s worrying me now. Please kindly assist.

Hello dear
Following are the cuse of your problem:
Gynecologic Inflammations and Infections
Vulvitis, Vaginitis, Candida or "yeast" infections, Cervicitis, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, Trichomoniasis, Chlamydia, Bacterial vaginosis.
I think as it is fleshy discharge, it most probably trichomonas and bacterial vaginosis.
Take following advice:
1. Wash your vagina with this water twice a day for two to three days with warm water
2. Apply Apple cider vinegar: it has excellent antibacterial and antifungal properties
3. Salt Bath- Wash your vagina with concentrated salt water whenever you feel the itch. This will give you great relief instantly and prevent further multiplication of bacteria.
4. Antibacterial/fungal talcs: apply candid powder
5. Keeping The Vagina Dry (Not wet, clean well)
6. Wear Loose Clothing
7. Also take antibiotic
You should use following single dose treatment:
1. Tablet Azithromycin 1000 mg
2. Tablet TINIdazole 1 G
3. Tablet Flucazone 150 mg (FLUCONAZOLE)
or you can take tablet metronidazole 400 mg three times a day for three day
If not resolve, consult with gynecologist.
Do CBC, Culture test of discharge
