What Causes Vaginal Itching With Red Bumps And Foul Smell?

Hi I have vaginal problems like itching and smells and big lumps red around my virginal area and very itchy and red around my inner legs and it can bleed I showed my doctor who said it was something I cant remember what he said it was but he said it was quiet common but I have never heard of anyone having any thing like this even my mum says its not normal she has never heard of it and she is from a big family of females and she has diabetes bad but she has never had any problems like this so please could you help me understand what is wrong because it takes over my life some times I cant even walk my doctor says there is no cure all I can do is have salt wash please help me understand more thank you

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to bacterial vaginosis and associated fungal infection. If you send a picture then it will be more helpful in identifying. A swab test will be helpful to rule out this. For such condition I would recommend using vaginal suppositories with combination of clindamycin with clotrimazole. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area and instead you can use saline or warm water.
