Hi,
It seems from your description that you could be having a yeast infection and inflammation of the genital region. Cleanse the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
You need to apply anti-fungal cream containing miconazole or clotrimazole to treat the infection for 5 days. Apply Metronidazole gel once daily at bedtime for 5 days.
Take Tablet. Levocetirizine once a day for 5 days. Avoid clothes that hold in heat and moisture like Nylon undergarments, tight jeans, non-breathable gym shorts and leggings.
Maintain good personal hygiene. Abstain from having sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely. Gradually, you should be able to recover from the symptoms and be back to normal.
