What Causes Vaginal Itching And Swelling In The Breasts?

I have had an iud in for 4 years now, my boyfriend of several years has just returned home after a year away. I had a period at the beginning of march, the 1st or 2nd, but have not had one since, he says he can no longer feel my iud.. I am usually regular with my period and am concerned that I haven t had a period this month. I am having a lot of strange vaginal itching, my breasts are swollen and itching as well. Could I be pregnant? And would it be etopic due to the iud?

Hi, I think you should go for a ultrasound to see the IUD. You can be pregnant if IUD has got expelled. Periods can get delayed due to stress factor also or may be vaginal infection. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist.. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Hope it helps.
